A Message From Ms. Reeves (2nd Grade Teacher & Meadow Brook Hero!)
Our math workshop consists of a mini lesson, a journal page or an activity that aligns with the concept covered during the lesson, and then a variety of math games that the students can participate in that require them to use the math strategies that we have been studying.
As an added challenge this week, the students were able to design their own math games to play.
The only requirement they had was to incorporate addition facts.
The students took their creativity to a whole new level!
